2. Description of Service
WebStoreToApp provides software tools, cloud compilation services, and native wrapper infrastructure allowing website owners to generate native iOS and Android applications from their existing web properties.
3. App Store & Third-Party Platform Policies
While WebStoreToApp designs all applications to comply with Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Program Policies, final approval is at the sole discretion of Apple Inc. and Google LLC. WebStoreToApp does not guarantee unconditional approval for websites containing prohibited content, copyright violations, or insufficient functionality.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of your website, trademarks, logos, brand content, and user data. WebStoreToApp retains ownership of its proprietary technology, build systems, and dashboard software.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WebStoreToApp be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, store updates, or app store policy modifications.
